Shipping is with FedEx. All non-canvas art will be rolled and packaged in a shipping tube for a flat rate of $25.00 USD* (*Alaska and Hawaii do not apply for flat shipping rate). Please Contact Us for a free quote for canvas and custom frame shipping.
Outside the USA? Our team will ensure your purchase will be packed and shipped safely to any location worldwide. Please Contact Us for international shipping information.

If you feel that your purchased art item(s) were not as described on our website, returns are available.
Please note that colors may vary slightly in person than from your computer or mobile screen. We are not responsible for this common color variation issue. Returns are not available for custom made items unless a defect in materials or manufacturing has been noticed within 30 days of receipt.
To process your return/exchange request, all returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RAN), prior to returning/exchanging any products. You must call/email for return authorization within 5 Days of receipt. Please contact Heritage Art Galleries at email@example.com and provide the name associated with your purchase and your contact information. A member of our team will reply during regular business hours. Orders returned without obtaining a RAN first will not be accepted.
Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Send your order back to us and receive a refund when returned in product's original condition, less a 15% restocking fee.
Send your art back for exchange and receive a credit if the price of your new selection is less than the original purchase amount.
Heritage Art Galleries is unable to accept returns or process refunds if the art is not in the same condition as purchased. Heritage Art Galleries will evaluate the condition of the artwork before issuing a refund.
Art returned damaged due to improper return packaging will not be refunded. Customer must inquire with the shipping company as to how to issue a claim in order to get reimbursed for the shipper's damages.
